About me

   Hello there! I'm Lim Seok Huang, a passionate food lover and the voice behind Seok Huang & Food. I'm currently a student at Multimedia University, pursuing a Diploma in Business Administration. In this academic journey let me to understanding of how the business work and gain the knowledge about management, financial, marketing and so on.

   

 My Personal Brand Story & My Skills Set 

    From my childhood memory, everything about food is full of happiness and laughter even is the process to cook the food or the journey for finding delicious food. My love for food began in my father's kitchen, where my father and I prepare the food to celebrate the Mother day. Over the years, I've visited to many restaurant or countries, tasting their flavors and watching the cooking video on YouTube or TikTok. Those experience have inspired me to explore and experiment in my own kitchen. Cooking has always been a way for me to express my love and creativity.

    Working experience in the position of sales assistant in electrical store was one of the most important turning point in my life. Here I develop my communicate skill, recognize customers' needs, knowledge of electronic products and provide satisfactory service. This experience let me change to the proactive person from introversion person. From this job, I also realized that communicate skill is very important in building the relationship with other. 

    I also have experience working with Aviation industry before I continue study in Diploma. I am a trainer and a leader in a team of technicians in a department of the company. In this working journey, I realized that teamwork and effective communication are the key of a team to achieved their goals. Certainly, as a leader given clearly instruction and  good management skill also are essential to complete the mission.

    In my academic journey, I learned about video editing to complete my assignment and also experience in using Microsoft Office to create my presentations and assignment. In my 3rd semester, I am fortunate to be exposed and learn the knowledge of HTML and JavaScript due to the course of Web Design.

My Goals    

My career aspirations are related to Human Resource or administration and having a own business that allows me to explore my skills and get the financial freedom to allows me travel around the world.
